How a custom order works

  • 1. Order

    Choose your product, colour and size, pick your print position and size, then add your artwork or ask for design help.

  • 2. Approve your mockup

    We prepare a free digital mockup and email it to you. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  • 3. We print

    Once you approve, we print and check your order in Derby.

  • 4. Dispatch

    Most custom clothing orders are dispatched within 3–8 working days of mockup approval.

Artists and creators

Shop official merch from the bands, artists and creators we print for. Want your own range? You set the selling price, we print and dispatch every order, and there is no stock to hold. Sell your merch with ISG.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single item or a full team order.

Will I see my design before it is printed?

Yes. For custom work we email you a free digital mockup, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

I don't have a design. Can you help?

Yes. Send us a rough idea, a photo or a description and we'll help you turn it into something printable. See Design Help.

How long does an order take?

Most custom clothing orders are dispatched within 3–8 working days of you approving your mockup. Personalised gifts and sublimation items typically take 3–15 working days. Ready-designed merch, including artist merch, is generally dispatched in 3–5 working days.

Is VAT added at checkout?

No. We are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay.
