These terms apply when you buy from theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk.

1. Who we are

The Inner Sanctum Group ("ISG", "we", "us") is the trading name of The Inner Sanctum Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 15789920, registered office 315 Weddington Road, Nuneaton, CV10 0HB. Contact: printing@theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk, WhatsApp 07572 810763.

2. Ordering

  1. When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept it when we email to confirm the order or send your mockup.
  2. We may decline an order if the artwork breaks these terms, the item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error. If we do, we refund you in full.
  3. There's no minimum order.

3. Mockups and approval

  1. For every custom or personalised order we send a free digital mockup, usually within 1–4 working days.
  2. Nothing is printed until you approve it. Check spelling, colours, sizes and placement, because what you approve is what we print.
  3. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the printed result, and print size and position may vary slightly from the mockup.
  4. If we haven't heard back 7 days after sending your mockup, we'll email you. We won't print without approval.

4. Artwork and designs

  1. You confirm you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, including logos, photos, characters and band names.
  2. We may refuse artwork that infringes someone else's rights or is offensive or unlawful.
  3. You keep ownership of artwork you supply. You give us permission to use it only to make and deliver your order.
  4. Designs created by ISG belong to ISG. Designs made for The Merch Stand are jointly owned by the band or creator and ISG, as set out in the creator agreement.

5. Prices and payment

  1. Prices are in pounds sterling. The Inner Sanctum Group Limited is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added.
  2. On custom clothing, the garment price excludes printing. Each print is added by size: up to 15 × 15 cm £4.50, up to 34 × 20 cm £6, up to 34 × 50 cm £7.
  3. Bulk discounts on custom printed garments: 5% off 20 or more, 10% off 50 or more, 20% off 100 or more, applied automatically in the basket. Garments and their print units both count towards the threshold.
  4. Payment is taken in full at checkout by card or the other methods shown there. We don't accept cash or cheques.

6. Production and delivery

Production times and delivery charges are in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If you have a deadline, tell us before you order. We don't offer collection.

7. Cancellations, returns and faults

See our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

8. Garment care

Follow the care instructions we supply for printed items. A print damaged by washing or ironing against those instructions is not a fault.

9. Our liability

  1. We're responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.
  2. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
  3. For business customers, our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, and we're not liable for loss of profit or business.

10. Business customers

If you buy for a business, the consumer cancellation rights in the Refund & Returns Policy don't apply. Faulty-goods rights still apply.

11. Using our website

Don't misuse the site, copy its content or designs, or try to interfere with how it works. We may suspend access if you do.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims in your local courts.
