Ordering & Customisation
Browse products to customiseEvery customised product on ISG follows the same process, whether it's a T-shirt, a hoodie, workwear, a cap or a personalised gift:
- Choose it — pick the product you want from the site.
- Customise it — use the customisation options on the product page to add your text, upload your artwork, or tell us your idea.
- Upload or tell us — add your logo or artwork file where asked, or leave us a note if you don't have one yet.
- ISG checks it — we review your artwork and order details before anything is printed.
- ISG prepares a mockup — we send you a free visual mockup showing how your finished product will look.
- You approve it — nothing gets printed until you're happy with the mockup.
- ISG prints it — once approved, we print, inspect and prepare your order.
- ISG dispatches it — your order is packed and sent out to you.
This applies whether you're ordering one personalised mug or a full team's workwear — there's no minimum order.

Ideal Artwork
If you have it, a vector file (.ai, .eps, .svg, or a vector .pdf) is ideal — it stays sharp at any print size. The next best thing is a high-resolution image, ideally a .png with a transparent background. Send us the best version you have, and the original file if you can find it — not a copy saved from a website or social media, which is often too small to print well.

Don't Have Perfect Artwork?
Get Design HelpThat's completely normal — most customers don't start with print-ready artwork. Send us what you have, even a screenshot, a photo, or just a description of your idea, and let us tell you what's usable. Checking and tidying up artwork is a normal part of what we do, not a problem.

Common Print Positions
Read the full print placement guideThe exact placements available depend on the product — you'll see the real options on each product page. As a general guide, the most common positions are: Left chest (a small, logo-style print, popular on workwear and polos), Front centre / full front (a bold, classic statement print), Back print (the largest printable area, often paired with a smaller front print), and Sleeve (a small, subtle placement). Bigger isn't always better — we'll help you choose a size that suits the garment and the design.

Finding Your Size
Different garments use different size charts, so there isn't one universal ISG size guide — each product page has its own chart with real measurements for that specific item. The most reliable way to use it: find a shirt you already own that fits the way you want, lay it flat, measure across the chest and from shoulder to hem, then compare those numbers to the chart rather than relying on your usual size letter.

Ordering for a Group?

Standard Garment Orders
Most standard printed clothing and merch orders are completed within 3–10 days of you approving your mockup.

Personalised & Sublimation Items
Personalised gifts and sublimation products, items like photo mugs and printed drinkware ,typically take 3–15 working days, as each one is produced individually.

Large or Complex Orders
Get a bulk quoteBigger team orders, workwear bundles or anything more complex will have their turnaround confirmed with you directly once we understand what you need. We don't offer guaranteed delivery dates — if you're working to a deadline, tell us and we'll do our best to help.

Something Gone Wrong?
Contact usIf your order arrives faulty, damaged, or different from the mockup you approved, contact us straight away and we'll sort it out. Because customised and personalised items are made specifically for you, please check your free mockup carefully before approving it — that's the step that lets you catch anything before it's printed.

Is there a minimum order?
No — we print single personalised items and full team or event orders alike.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. We prepare a free visual mockup for every order and nothing is printed until you approve it.
I don't have artwork — can you still help?
Yes. Send us what you have, even a rough idea, and our Design Help team will guide you from there.
How long will my order take?
Standard garment orders: 3–10 days. Personalised and sublimation items: 3–15 working days. Larger or more complex orders are confirmed with you directly — see Delivery & Turnaround above.
