Shipping policy
Production time starts when you approve your mockup, not when you order.
How long it takes

- Mockup: we send your mockup within 1–4 working days of your order. If you haven't replied after 7 days, we'll send a reminder email. Changes to the design add to the total time.
- Production: the times above, in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
- Delivery: UK orders are usually sent with Evri, although the carrier can vary by location. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the carrier and your address.

We don't offer free delivery or collection. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Christmas 2026
Orders placed by 16:00 on 16 December 2026 will be processed and dispatched before Christmas. Delivery dates then depend on the carrier.
Deadlines and problems
These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If you need an order by a certain date, tell us before ordering and we'll say whether it's possible.
If your parcel seems late or lost, email printing@theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk and we'll chase the carrier or arrange a replacement.
