Leavers hoodies and tops

Bulk discounts apply automatically in the basket on our custom printed clothing, bags and caps and their print charges: 5% off 20 or more items, 10% off 50 or more and 20% off 100 or more. You can mix products, colours and sizes to reach a tier. Personalised gifts such as mugs aren't included.

How ordering works

  • 1. Collect sizes and names

    Gather each pupil's size and the names to print, spelt exactly as they should appear.

  • 2. Send the design or idea

    Upload the school logo or your artwork, or describe what you'd like on the front and back.

  • 3. One person approves

    We email a free mockup, usually within 1–4 working days. Your nominated approver checks every name before we print.

  • 4. We print and send it

    Printed in Derby. Most custom clothing is dispatched within 3–8 working days of approval.

What to send us

The organiser sends these once for the whole year group. Only send the names to be printed, nothing else about the pupils.

  • School or group name, as it should be printed
  • The leavers year (for example Leavers 2027)
  • What goes on the front and what goes on the back
  • The school logo or your artwork, if you have it, or a description
  • The class list, spelt exactly as it should be printed
  • How many of each size, children's and adult
  • Who will approve the mockup (one person)
  • The date you need them by

Class lists and individual names

A class list on every hoodie (usually on the back) is one shared design: every garment gets the same list. Send the names spelt exactly as they should be printed; we lay them out and check them at the real print size, on the smallest size you order, and show you in the mockup. If the list won't fit legibly, we'll explain the options before anything is printed. We never shrink names until they're unreadable, drop names or change spellings to make them fit.

Each pupil's own name or initials (for example on the sleeve or chest) is different on every garment, so it's matched to that pupil's size. In the leavers order builder on this page (or on a product page) choose Different text on each item and enter one name per line for each size, or send the list with a quote request and we'll match it with you.

Leavers hoodies: common questions

Can you print the whole class list on the back?

Yes. The list is one shared back print on every hoodie. We check it at the real print size on the smallest garment you order and show you in the mockup before printing.

Can each hoodie also have its own name?

Yes. A pupil's own name or initials is printed as a separate print on that pupil's hoodie, matched to their size, and charged by its size like any other print.

Can we mix children's and adult sizes?

Yes. Children's and adult hoodies are different products with their own size guides; add both in the leavers order builder on this page, or to the same basket from each product page.

Who checks the spellings?

Your nominated approver checks every name in the mockup. What you approve is what we print, so please check spelling, capitals and duplicates carefully.

Can we get a price before the list is final?

Send us a quote request with what you know so far, even rough numbers. We'll come back with a price, and you can confirm sizes before anything is ordered or printed.

How is printing priced?

Clothing, bags and caps are priced as the plain item plus each print, charged by its size: logo or small, Large or XL. Text is charged the same as an image of the same size. The group order builder and each product page show the current prices and work out your total before you add it to the basket. There's no setup fee.

How long will it take?

We email your free mockup, usually within 1–4 working days of your order. Once you approve it, most custom clothing is dispatched within 3–8 working days, and personalised gifts such as mugs within 3–15 working days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: if you need everything by a certain date, tell us before you order and we'll say whether it's possible.
