Is there a minimum order?

No. There's no minimum order — order a single garment or a full team, the price per item stays the same.

What print sizes and prices are available?

Small (5×5cm) £3.50, Medium (10×10cm) £4.50, Large (20×20cm) £5.50, and XL (30×38cm) £6.50. No setup fee on any size.

How do I upload my artwork or logo?

You'll be able to upload your logo or design as part of customising your product, and tell us where you'd like it placed.

Do I get to see a mockup before it's printed?

Yes. We send a free mockup for you to check and approve before anything is printed.

How long will my order take?

Standard garment orders: 3–10 days from you approving your mockup. Personalised and sublimation items: 3–15 working days. Larger or more complex orders are confirmed with you directly.

Can I order a larger or mixed-size order?

Yes — email us at printing@theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk and we'll help you put together a larger or mixed order.

I've ordered from ISG before — can I reorder easily?
