Real products with live prices and their own size guides. Children's and adult versions are separate products, so check each size guide.

Bulk discounts apply automatically in the basket on our custom printed clothing, bags and caps and their print charges: 5% off 20 or more items, 10% off 50 or more and 20% off 100 or more. You can mix products, colours and sizes to reach a tier. Personalised gifts such as mugs aren't included.

What to send us

Organising for a class or year group? These are the details we'll ask for, whichever page you order from.

  • The school, class or group name, as it should be printed
  • The school logo or your artwork, if you have it, or a description
  • How many of each size, children's and adult
  • Names or initials to print, spelt exactly as they should appear, and nothing else about the pupils
  • Who will approve the mockup (one person)
  • The date you need everything by

Only send the names or initials that should be printed. Don't send dates of birth, addresses or other details about pupils; we don't need them.

Schools & students: common questions

Do you do children's sizes?

Yes, on many of our T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts. Children's and adult versions are separate products with their own size guides, and they can go in the same order.

Is this approved school uniform?

We print what you order with your own logo or design. Whether an item is accepted as uniform is up to the school, so please check with them first.

Who approves the design?

One nominated person approves the mockup for the whole order. What they approve is what we print, so please check names and spellings carefully.

How is printing priced?

Clothing, bags and caps are priced as the plain item plus each print, charged by its size: logo or small, Large or XL. Text is charged the same as an image of the same size. The product page shows the current prices and works out your total before you add it to the basket. There's no setup fee.

How long will it take?

We email your free mockup, usually within 1–4 working days of your order. Once you approve it, most custom clothing is dispatched within 3–8 working days, and personalised gifts such as mugs within 3–15 working days. Delivery time then depends on the carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: if you need everything by a certain date, tell us before you order and we'll say whether it's possible.
