Design Help

No design? No problem

Most of our customers don't start with finished artwork. Send us an idea, a photo or a rough sketch, and we'll help you turn it into something you can print.

How design help works

  • 1. Tell Us Your Idea

Describe what you're after — in words, a photo, a sketch, or a link to something you've seen and liked.

  • 2. We Ask A Few Questions

Product, colours, sizing, budget and timeline — just enough to understand what you need.

  • 3. We Put Together Options

Using your own artwork, or a concept our team develops with you from your idea.

  • 4. You See A Free Mockup

Nothing is printed until you've seen exactly how your design will look and you've approved it.

  • 5. We Refine It Together

Request changes to colours, sizing, placement or wording until it's right.

  • 6. We Print It

Once you're happy, we print, check and dispatch your order.

Send us your idea

Tell us what you're picturing. A few sentences is enough to start, and we'll reply by email.

A few sentences is fine: what it is for, any wording or colours, and where you would like it printed.
Add more detail (optional)

This sends us your idea, not an order. To share a photo, sketch or logo, email it to printing@theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk or WhatsApp 07572 810763.

Design help: common questions

Do you charge for design help?

The visual mockup we send you before printing is always free. If your idea needs more involved design work, we'll talk it through with you and agree what's needed before anything is charged.

What if I only have a photo or a rough sketch?

That's enough to start with. Send it over and we'll talk through how to turn it into a print-ready design.

Can I make changes after I see the mockup?

Yes. Nothing is printed until you've approved the mockup, and we're happy to make changes before that happens.

What file formats do you accept?

Send whatever you have — a photo, a PDF, a phone screenshot or a design file. We'll let you know if we need anything else.
