    Using your own artwork, or a concept our team develops with you from your idea.

  • 4. You See A Free Mockup

    Nothing is printed until you've seen exactly how your design will look and you've approved it.

  • 5. We Refine It Together

    Request changes to colours, sizing, placement or wording until it's right.

  • 6. We Print It

    Once you're happy, we print, check and dispatch your order.

Design Help — Common Questions

Do you charge for design help?

The visual mockup we send you before printing is always free. If your idea needs more involved design work, we'll talk it through with you and agree what's needed before anything is charged.

What if I only have a photo or a rough sketch?

That's enough to start with. Send it over and we'll talk through how to turn it into a print-ready design.

Can I make changes after I see the mockup?

Yes. Nothing is printed until you've approved the mockup, and we're happy to make changes before that happens.

What file formats do you accept?

Send whatever you have — a photo, a PDF, a phone screenshot or a design file. We'll let you know if we need anything else.
