Bulk discounts apply automatically in the basket on our custom printed clothing, bags and caps and their print charges: 5% off 20 or more items, 10% off 50 or more and 20% off 100 or more. You can mix products, colours and sizes to reach a tier. Personalised gifts such as mugs aren't included.

How ordering works

  • 1. Choose your gifts

    Pick a product, or use the builder to choose several. Choose colours and quantities, and sizes for any clothing.

  • 2. Add your photo, artwork or words

    Upload your photo or design, or type your message. No design yet? Ask for design help.

  • 3. Approve your free mockup

    We email a digital mockup, usually within 1–4 working days. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  • 4. We print and send it

    Printed in Derby. Most personalised gifts are dispatched within 3–15 working days of your approval, and custom clothing within 3–8.

Everything we need for your order. Anything you're unsure of, leave for the mockup.

  • Your design or wording, or a description of what you want
  • Your child's name, if you'd like it printed, spelt exactly as it should appear
  • For hoodies and sweatshirts: the sizes and where each print goes
  • The date you need everything by, before term starts

Names on bags, hoodies and gifts

In the group order builder on this page, or on a product page, choose Different text on each item for that print and type one name per line for each colour and size, so every name goes on the right item. Each name is printed as its own print and charged by its size, like any other print.

Got a long list, or still collecting sizes? Send it with a quote request instead and we'll match names to sizes with you before anything is printed.

For mugs, baubles, bottles and other gifts, type the name in the wording box. To give several gifts different names, add each one from its own product page, or list them in a quote request.

Is this approved school uniform?

We print what you order with your own design. Whether an item is accepted as uniform is up to the school, so please check with them first.

Do you make name labels for clothes?

No, we don't make sew-in or stick-on name labels. We can print a name on the items listed on this page.

When should I order for the new term?

Your free mockup usually arrives within 1–4 working days. Once you approve it, most custom clothing is dispatched within 3–8 working days and personalised gifts within 3–15 working days, then delivery depends on the carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If you need it by a particular day, add the date in the builder or send a quote request first and we'll tell you whether it's possible.

How is it priced?

Personalised gifts such as mugs, slates, keyrings and notebooks include your photo, artwork or wording in the price shown, with no print charge. Photo frames include printing your photo when you choose “With your photo printed”. Clothing and bags are priced as the plain item plus each print, charged by its size: logo or small, Large or XL. The group order builder and each product page show the current prices and work out your total before you add anything to the basket. There's no setup fee.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single item or kit out the whole group.
