How ordering works

  • 1. Choose your gifts

Pick a product, or use the builder to choose several. Choose colours and quantities, and sizes for any clothing.

  • 2. Add your photo, artwork or words

Upload your photo or design, or type your message. No design yet? Ask for design help.

  • 3. Approve your free mockup

We email a digital mockup, usually within 1–4 working days. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

  • 4. We print and send it

Printed in Derby. Most personalised gifts are dispatched within 3–15 working days of your approval, and custom clothing within 3–8.

What to send us

Everything we need to make your gift. Anything you're unsure of, leave for the mockup.

  • Your photo, a drawing or your message, or a description of what you want
  • Names, as they should be printed
  • How many of each gift
  • The date you need it by

Names on the gift

Type the names in the wording box, or include them in your design. Check every spelling: what you approve in the mockup is what we print.

  • I have my artwork

Use the order builder below: upload your logo, design or photo once and it's used on every product you choose. You can type any wording there too.

Not sure of numbers or sizes yet? Tell us roughly what you need and we'll reply by email with a price. You can send artwork afterwards.

Bulk discounts on custom printed clothing start at 20 items.
A product name or a short description is fine, for example polo shirts with a chest logo.
As they should be printed.
Add more detail (optional)
A rough breakdown helps, for example 5 small, 10 medium, 10 large in navy.

This sends us an enquiry, not an order, and nothing is charged. We reply by email with your quote. Have artwork, photos or a names list? Email them to printing@theinnersanctumgroup.co.uk.

Mother's Day gifts: common questions

When is Mother's Day?

In the UK, Mother's Day (Mothering Sunday) is Sunday 7 March 2027. Your free mockup usually arrives within 1–4 working days. Once you approve it, most custom clothing is dispatched within 3–8 working days and personalised gifts within 3–15 working days, then delivery depends on the carrier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. If you need it by a particular day, add the date in the builder or send a quote request first and we'll tell you whether it's possible.

Can you print the children's drawings or photos?

Yes. Upload the photo on the product page or in the builder. We print it as you send it and don't edit or redraw it; if a photo is too small to print sharply at the size you've chosen, we'll tell you before anything is printed. Only send photos you have permission to use.

How is it priced?

Personalised gifts such as mugs, slates, keyrings and notebooks include your photo, artwork or wording in the price shown, with no print charge. Photo frames include printing your photo when you choose “With your photo printed”. Clothing and bags are priced as the plain item plus each print, charged by its size: logo or small, Large or XL. The group order builder and each product page show the current prices and work out your total before you add anything to the basket. There's no setup fee.

Do you have Mother's Day designs to choose from?

We don't sell ready-made designs for this. We print your own artwork, logo, photo or wording. If you only have an idea, our design help can turn it into something printable; the mockup is always free, and we agree anything that needs more involved design work before it's charged.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single gift.
