Personalising this item

You can upload your own photographs, logo, artwork or design when you place your order — one for each side. The quality of your finished print depends on the quality of the images you upload, so please use the clearest, highest-resolution versions you have available. Images may need to be resized or cropped slightly to fit the printable area of this product.

Production and delivery

Personalised items are normally produced and dispatched within 3–15 working days. This timescale begins once we have received all the images, artwork and personalisation details we need. Delivery time is in addition to this production time.

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly produced.
