Images may need to be resized or cropped slightly to fit the printable area of this product.

Production and delivery

Personalised items are normally produced and dispatched within 3–15 working days. This timescale begins once we have received all the images, artwork and personalisation details we need. Delivery time is in addition to this production time.

Returns

Because personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot normally be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly produced.

Select your size using the size options above. Where available, a size chart with garment measurements is shown alongside the product description — use your chest/body measurements rather than your usual clothing size, as fit varies between brands and styles.

Print & Customisation

Customise this product using the options above: choose your print position, then your print size. Each print size has a fixed price added to the item, shown as you select it — there are no hidden extra charges.

  • Small (approx. 5cm x 5cm) — £3.50
  • Medium (approx. 10cm x 10cm) — £4.50
  • Large (approx. 20cm x 20cm) — £5.50
  • XL (approx. 30cm x 38cm) — £6.50

These prices include everything — we are not VAT registered, so the price you see is the price you pay. There is no setup fee and no minimum order.

Artwork Help

You can upload your artwork during checkout for this product. We accept a print-ready file, your existing logo, an image, or even a screenshot or rough reference of what you have in mind.

Whatever you send, we'll check it before anything is printed and send you a free digital mockup to approve first.

What Happens Next

Once you've ordered, here's what happens:

  1. We check your artwork and prepare a free digital mockup.
  2. We send the mockup to you by email for approval.
  3. Once you approve it, we print your order.
  4. Your order is dispatched.

We won't print anything until you've seen and approved the mockup.

Turnaround & Delivery

Most orders are printed and dispatched within 3–10 days of you approving your mockup.

Larger, more complex or bespoke bulk projects may need a little longer — if that applies to your order, we'll discuss timing with you directly. See our Bulk & Business Orders page for larger quantities.

Care

Care instructions specific to this product are included in the product description above. As a general guide, printed garments last longest when washed inside-out on a cool cycle and air-dried rather than tumble-dried.
